My new flyer ! Thanks elle

Elle got my flyer done yesterday. So pleased, I really need to get these around town  so people can find me again. I like that she turned the pic black and white , it gives the whole thing a retro feel. It is a great old iconic building. Mclaughlin' s bakery advertising  said it is " the oldest family bakery in nsw." I found a couple of old bread tokens and some paper signs when we were cleaning up. A nice old hand painted timber one too. I could have cried when the builder decided it was a nice piece of oregon and used it for a repair on my door. I have been loading stuff up on pinterest and gumtree again today. It always gets confusing as to what is on where  !

Working working

Yesterday was very productive. I hired a skip bin and we loaded all the concrete bricks and rubble left by the concrete removers and the rederers. Decided to give up on the foundations we found under the concrete we had removed and just to finish it with filling sand and crusher dust. That stuff is great when in is compacted and can be easily removed. Eventually we will have all the concrete taken up and pave the area. At least we will be able to park again. I am hoping to get some more wall painting done tuesday. I can't wait to push the garden out there.
I have had two fencers come and look at the area and quote but neither of them have come back with a quote. It is problematic as we want to access the area along the full 10 metre length and need to be able to either slide or swing the gates out. Trying to find something light but secure and inexpensive to fit it is a challenge.
Jim Casey has a sandwich board and a large double sided wall mounted sign  underway.
I have been watering all the stuff I planted on the nature strip  daily and all the potted plants in nursery outside. You can't really hurry these things but I'm pretty excited about the bangalow palms I have planted out there.  The greening of the place just puts my stamp on things.
I have so much jammed in my small space I have no idea where I am gong to put the ceda and pine turned leg table I bought.
I had my first sale on the weekend. Like a swig of water in the desert !
Sold some french doors that were being fitted to a childs 3x4 metre cubby.she is only 4. What a lucky little girl. I would have loved a cubby like that when I was young.
Fingers crossed things pic up this week. I wrote a whole lot of tags out last week but I need to walk around and tag everything up. I'm on the prowl every day looking for things. You just have to get out and look It   always amazes me what interesting things are out there. I was offered some estate things but they have been packed sky high into the garage so waiting for a call on that. Will load some plcs soon
