We have moved

We sold our beautiful home and shop at the end of January.
It is very sad and I have been struggling with it. I feel like I have gone back to the beginning 18 years ago when we purchased the shop. It was a mess with rubbish, falling plaster pidgeons in the ceiling broken windows.
We have moved to the bakery adjacent to the shop on Victoria St. I had hopes of opening up in a week or two but it has been a frustrating process with the amount of stuff we have in storage. I have been trying to clear the shop space to set up again but the building has so much white ant damage. We bought it in 2000 but it has deteriorated a lot since then despite our efforts to eradicate the white ants.
I am getting closer to a soft opening. the space is smaller. We have scraped and bondcreted the walls and I have a rough concrete floor as it was my old workshop.
We are trying to get a builder bricklayer concreter and roofer lined up at the moment. I do have a vision for the place. It is just going to be slow going.
